Engraving
Proper extraction during the engraving and cutting process is very important for operator safety as well as to maintain your laser and quality of work. Improper extraction such as attempting to exhaust to atmosphere can lead to beam diversion and the need to replace optics. Not to mention those fumes are not removed only diluted out of the building. PVC Application
Using a laser on PVC creates aggressive fumes including Hydrochloric Acid. These fumes wreak havoc on typical fume extraction equipment. With this in mind, we have created PVC specific machines and filters to properly deal with this. Our design allows for easy maintenance relative to the application which provides an ongoing solution for this very difficult process. Machines not properly designed corrode through the bottom of the machine which will impact other critical components.
