CerMark LMM6012, Paste 1000 g
LMM6012- 1000 grams (low stock, Disc.)
Weight: 1000grams
Use: Screen print application
The CerMark LMM6012 is a laser marking paste specially formulated for metals, creating durable marks on materials like stainless steel and aluminum. Applied in a thin layer, it bonds when heated by a COâ‚‚ or fiber laser, leaving a dark, long-lasting mark resistant to wear, abrasion, and chemicals. Ideal for product customization and industrial uses, it can be applied by screen printing or directly without spraying.
For screen printing, LMM6012 offers up to 2.5–3 times more coverage than spraying, yielding consistent thickness and precise control over marking areas. This ready-to-use formula requires no dilution, though heated drying (200–400°F) is recommended for optimal results. Coverage estimates include up to 34,000 sq. inches per 1,000 grams of ink.
Estimated Coverage:
50 gram liquid ink, up to 1,700 sq./in
250 gram liquid ink, up to 8,500 sq./in

CerMark LMC-6044P 250g, Premium Black for Glass or Ceramics
Premium Black, 250grams
Use: Marking Material for Glass and Ceramics
NOTE: By the conclusion of 2024, the LMC-6044P Paste will be substituted with the ULTRA Paste. The ULTRA Paste is specifically designed for marking on ceramic substrates and has been utilized for laser marking ceramics for the past three years with excellent results.
LMC6044P is recommended for creating black marks on glass and ceramic substrates. It makes darker black marks on these substrates than the older LMC12. LMC6044P dries quickly as a dark grey powder-like coat and is easy to wash after marking. The coat can be smudged or wiped off prior to laser marking, however, so LMC6044P should be marked shortly after application.
