The GCC LaserPro LFC Workstation integrates various processing modes and exclusive accessories into its design to meet customers’ need. Its 700x400mm working table accommodates large objects and allows effortless fixtures setup. Truly the best industrial solution this EN-60825-1 class 1 compliant device is a high speed laser engraver and metal marker designed with your safety and convenience in mind. It features a CO2 engraving and fibre laser marking in one unit. With a wide range of configurations for automation and applications and removable side panels for line integration; it is ideal for large objects or batch marking. The LFC was created for easy setup and operation; has a sturdy and rigid steel chassis to meet industrial requirements; and is compatible with all GCC LaserPro StellarMark C & I series laser markers.
The GCC LFC Professional Workstation is suitable for automobile and auto parts industry, tool construction, machinery construction, medical technology, plastic processing industries, textile industries, and packaging industries, including: barcode, disc, leather, and fabric marking; metal cutting; IC, package, keypad, jewelry, and drill marking; 3C products; as well as leather and paper cutting.
Other LFC features to make your life easier while making it more productive include electronically controlled Z up and down buttons to make it easy to fine tune the focus; removable side doors allowing integration with conveyor and Mark On Fly (optional) for continuous production with 300 x 476 x ∞ mm (WxDxL); a MultiFOCUS function allowing the user to set multiple focus distances settings at once according to the object height and Z-axis so users do not need to set focal distance several times; and LED illumination of the working space for clear view of the work in process.
