Should there be a gap at the joint of cutting lines after the mainboard is replaced? The cause is that the laser tube model is not correctly set. A default laser tube model will be set in the firmware (mainboard) before GCC ships the mainboard to the customer. The default laser tube model might be different if the board is replaced on a customer’s machine - it might need to be modified. Modifying the laser tube model: Step 1. Press and hold the “DOWN” arrow key on the control panel and power on the machine. The machine will be boot in “LASER TUBE CONFIGURATION” mode, select “Laser Tube Model” (press the UP and DOWN arrow key to move the cursor) then press the ENTER key to enter. Step 2. Move the cursor to “Model”, press “RIGHT” and “LEFT” arrow key to change the LASER tube mode. Select the correct model.
